Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us in showroom condition.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
